General instructions

• Commitment for arrival at school before 7.00 am and should not be late except for genuine reasons.
• It is not permissible to be absent from school without acceptable excuse. In the event of being absent leave of absence letter should be given to the class teacher with convincing reasons.
• Repeated or extended absence (15 days or more) without a leave note shall render the student liable to have his/ her name struck off from class rolls.
• No leave can be granted on Examination dates.
• Absence from school on any day without Parental knowledge or Permission is considered as grave misconduct. Such student is liable for disciplinary action.
• All students must wear tidy school uniform with black shoes. Colored shoes are prohibited.
• Only white veil is permitted for veiled students.
• Students must take care of external appearance 9 Clothing, Hair and Nails)
• Boys must have neat haircut and clean shave
• Female students should tie their hair at all times. No exotic haircuts or dyes are permitted. The hair color must be natural, free from any dyes tied in simple way.
• Girl student’s must refrain from using rings, chains or any cosmetics and nail polish except wrist watch.
• Not to bring to school any material unrelated education / study process.
• It is Strictly forbidden to bring Mobile phones and Smart watches to School. In case of any violation, the phone will be confiscated and will be returned only to the parent/guardian after signing a pledge not to bring it in the future.
• Smoking and Electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the school campus.
• Students are strictly prohibited to use chewing gum in the school timings.
• Students must refrain from going out of the class room during class hours. They should get the out pass or permission of the teacher to go out of the class room.
