The Jabriya School administration sincerely welcomes the comments and suggestions submitted by the honorable parents. We wish to inform you that the school always strives to satisfy by solving the parental problems and address any issues to avoid inconvenience to students.

(1) Regarding the issue of power cuts in some class rooms, it was out of our control. As soon as the problem occurred, the Ministry of Electricity authority was contacted to find out the cause of malfunction. It was clarified by the Electricity authority that there was malfunction in distribution outside the school building.

This in turn affected the electricity supply in few of our class rooms and the air-conditioning systems and devices in the class room. This problem was solved by some specialized technicians. Also we maintained the air conditioners during the summer vacation and replaced the old with the new ones before the commencement of the new school year 2022-2023.

(2) Regarding the issue of Transportation (Busses), some parents directly made the contract with the bus company. To ensure the safety and welfare of our children in the bus, the school has provided the “ Bus Supervisors” in the bus to travel along the children.

We always strive to address your suggestions and opinions to provide a better service to all our students and we always welcome sincere bilateral communication between the parents and the school administration.

We sincerely thank you for your valuable cooperation to provide excellent education schemes in the interest of our dear students. We wish them happy schooling and continued success in the academic year 2022-2023.
